BosonMail is business email that we run for you. Choose how many inboxes your team needs, and everyone gets a professional email address at your own business domain. There is nothing to install, host, or maintain.
Every inbox is priced the same and includes storage, outbound email, and unlimited inbound email. If you need more of something, you add just that, with no plan upgrades or bundles.

Sign up and choose your inboxes
Tell us how many people on your team need a business email. Every inbox costs the same, so there is nothing to compare or calculate.
Step 2
Pay your invoice with M-PESA
We send you an invoice and you pay through M-PESA. Pay yearly for the lowest price, or monthly if you prefer.
Step 3
Start sending and receiving
Once your payment and account details are verified, your team's inboxes are ready to use. We run the email service, so there is nothing to install or maintain.
One price per inbox. Two ways to pay.
Pay yearly and save KSh 600 per inbox every year, or pay month to month. Everything included in the inbox is identical. All prices are before VAT.
Billed yearly: KSh 1,200 per inbox, before VAT.
Billed monthly, before VAT. Pay month to month with no yearly commitment.

If an inbox regularly sends more than 500 emails, raise its monthly allowance instead.

Do I need to set up or maintain any servers?
No. BosonMail is a managed service. We run the email infrastructure, and you and your team just use your inboxes.
What if my team sends more than 500 emails a month?
Buy sending credits for occasional spikes, or raise an inbox's monthly allowance if the higher volume is regular. Receiving email is always unlimited.
Does email between my own team count as outbound?
No. Email between inboxes in the same BosonMail account is free, unlimited, and does not use your outbound allowance.
Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?
No. Every price on this page is before VAT. VAT is added to your invoice.
How do I pay?
We send you an invoice and you pay through M-PESA. Your inboxes are activated once the payment is verified.
